I have been getting a bunch of non-converting clicks from my yahoo ads.
Is there a good way to tell where they are coming from so I can remove them so my ads don't display there. I am assuming they are coming from one of their ad partners.

I'm not real familiar with yahoo's reporting system so any advice would be great.

Get some tracking in place to see the referring domains. You can just use a free tool like t202.

You'd do well to use Yahoo's tracking and also get an analytics package that processes your raw logs. Yahoo has become masters of denying invalid/fraudulent click claims, and will question the validity of your tracking data if its not in a raw log or in their own reporting system.

You could also check your raw server logs if you have a smaller amount of traffic, depending on how long your server stores logs for.

Generally speaking, Yahoo's network doesn't convert.

I have google analytics on there but that doesn't help with the yahoo ads and where they came from. I'll look at yahoo tracking or some other 3rd party.
