Know of a dead simple form builder with tons of options?

I guess I just have a lot of questions today:

Does anyone know of a dead simple form builder (similar to the way that awebers works) that has tons of options like validation etc etc

Ive used coffeecup but the forms are flash and id like to find something thats javascript based like aweber.

Thanks in advance and sorry for being so damn needy today.
 


Also, the reason that a lot of the 'usual suspects' won't work for me is i need custom form sizes without any weird backgrounds or headers so that the form blends into the page really well.
 
In my past experiences with wufoo the forms couldnt be designed exactly how you want them

example: need a 1 field form that will fit in a 250x300 box with a 100 px input box and no header or some weird stuff like that

You can do it with aweber - you cant with most of these form builders

Once you get your first form done, the others are pretty quick. I use the same general form styles for most of my sites; I just change the color settings or styles to suite a specific site. It really is as simple as copy and paste.

A List Apart or Sitepoint has some very nice guides on making pretty forms with CSS.

Couldn't you just make some tweaks in the html produced by any number of tools to fit your websites theme?

Or just write it yourself. It'd take a few minutes, easily less time than looking for the "perfect" form creator. There are tons of php and js scripts already written for the entire world to use when it comes to the validation part.
