Lack of Good Holiday CPA Offers this year?

From everyone I've been talking to lately, it seems the general consensus is that there is a shortage of NEW and Exciting Holiday Specific Offers this year across most of the CPA Networks.

If you are finding this to be true, I'm curious what campaigns you would really have liked to promote this time of year, that you didn't get an opportunity to because you couldn't find it anywhere?

I think that actual giveaway campaigns for the Wii would have been good considering that they're once again nowhere to be found. The problem (and I'm sure you can relate) is that there simply aren't any advertisers out there right now offering seasonal campaigns.
 
There are a few that are working for us. An ornament offer and sent by santa(offer expires dec 15). We also have a promotional freebie that is converting well on the back end.
 
Just try any offer related to retail - I have been running some pay-per-sale offers for sites that either are targeted at gifts, or are at least items that peak for the holiday season, and those are doing wonderful right now. If I remember correctly from last year, holiday traffic will be at its highest by the middle of next week, so find your offers quickly! Traffic really started jumping on Dec 4th last year, peaked on the 11th, and stayed somewhat high until around the 20th or 22nd.
 
Start gearing up for the fat camp stuff for all the "I wanna loose weight" new years resolutions.

Well, I'm doing a few retail CPS offers that are doing pretty ok. But I know the big shopping spree will only kick in on the 2nd week of December, peaking particularly about 12th December. (according to adword's blog statistic of last Christmas)

Probably try those Christmas quick cash advance type offers - even if people are stone broke, they still gotta buy present and turkeys :bigear:

Good feedback so far! So aside from losing weight, stop smoking, credit repair, debt consolidation and tax filing - what other campaigns should we be targeting in the New Year?
 
Even tho this is more towards the realm of promotional offers, a pay off your holiday debt offer will definitely do well.
