I've read this guy has had TWO offers to pay for the surgery, but was holding out like his swollen testicles were some miraculous feat of nature. He should have to live with them now after being too greedy.

Alright, I'm going to say what should be obvious... In his current condition, what is the point of him having a penis? And even if he looses it, along with all that nasty scrotum, would his life still not have improved?

Honestly - if that was me - I'd take the risk of surgery any day. Why would he want to go through life like that when people are offering to pay to potentially fix it? Losing his penis is a moot point... he's not using it NOW it anyway.

He sprays all over when he urinates. He's definitely not getting any trim. Honestly, what does he have to risk by taking the surgery?
