Late Night AM's: DT is DOWN

With all the different platform choices that don't suck, why is anyone still using DT?

Looks like it has been down for a few hours....... I was creating a report and it was going really slow, so I went and took a shower, then ate a few bowls of cereal, and now I see that DT is completely down and the report never finished.

Seriously, DT sucks so bad.

Fuck, was trying to log in to Copeac and was getting a 404. Come to WF and I find this.

I'm sure they'll issue credits, but still sucks.

links still seem to work.

How hard is it for networks to send a damn email when there is an outage? Especially for DT networks.

DT did an update of the system last night. Tracking in Copeac was working while the interface was down. If you feel tracking was down let me or your AM know, however we didnt get any alerts to tracking being down from our monitoring system.

We've been using HitPath, and that has gone incredibly well so far. We've also noticed that pixel tracking is almost spot-on with advertisers reporting, whereas DT has anywhere from 5-15% pixel falloff (which could make or break an affiliate's campaign like that).

would it be possible to send maintenance notices to publishers? some update to let us know why we cannot login to the site and if tracking is still occurring?

if you need a CRM perhaps my company can assist you that's what i do for a living :)

Totally off topic, I guess. DT and whatever Ads4Dough is using suck. But even worse is bad custom, like that Victoria-based network that I can't even figure out how to use their UI.

The major problem seems to be that most of these UIs try to be too many things at once. Like DT offering "paste-and-forget-it" code instead of raw links by default... forcing you to try to crop the link out of the field (which tends to be auto-select all, IIRC).
