Leads (free trial ) requiring Credit cards

Hey guys I have just started promoting offers which involve free trial and credit cards, e.g. game rentals and dvd rentals etc. I need to know with credit card required offers what is a generally a good conversion rate. Someone told me less than or around 1% only convert. Is that true?

IMOE they do convert around 1% - 2% the most.
havent been very succsful with them to be honest

I would say that we have a few offers that convert at a 4-5% like a free gas offer

Hey, I just started with some of these as well. Do they usually convert as SOON as the user enters their credit card...or do they NOT convert until the trial expires and user purchases?
