I'm only going to accept about 10 - 15 websites at any one time for this offer. I won't go into the value of a link from an actual college, but if you've been in the seo game for a while, you'll know they're hard to come by.

The Offer

I'm offering a link from an internal page to a college website. The portion of the site is completely ran by me and I have the ability to customize it as I see fit. Right now I just have a basic template layout in html pages. (If someone is interested in a re-design of it, for a link, let me know.)

The link structure would look something like this:

www.collegename.edu/accounts/myname/whatever.html

The Price

I will be renting the links on this site. I'm going to start this at $60 per month and see how that goes. If the slots fill up, I'll have to raise rates in the future, or if they don't fill up, I'll drop the rates a bit. I figured this is a good starting point.

Here are other pricing options:

Monthly = $60
6 Months = $300

(*After the 6 month period is when I would raise rates if all slots fill up. I will tell you ahead of time of the cost difference and post it here.)
For the actual URL, PM me the site you are looking to promote, and I will send you the URL if your site is good.

I think many of you whom I've already worked with know the quality I provide. For those that I haven't worked with, well check out my iTrader and the other service I offer in my sig.

I'm faculty and only faculty and admin's get access to server space. Students do not have access to host their own sites at our college and district.

I've already gotten a couple PM's with similar questions, so I thought I would answer them here:

1) How will the link be displayed? I will need your anchor text and short description to add next to your link. It will be on a resource page if you will...

2) What's your email for url approval? You can send the site to my email at ncorral@gmail.com or via PM.

3) How long before my link shows? I haven't organized it the way I would like, but it's only a matter of logging into my ftp and uploading an edited file...so i'll probably ask for 24-48 hrs to post your link.
 
It's a month to month service...If you notice a major jump in SEPRS after this and you want to continue, you'll have first dibs on continuing...but if after the month, you don't find it helpful for you, then you can drop the service, no questions asked.

To directly answer your question, this is a monthly service, not a permanent one.

Is this the same site which you were offering spots on in your Newspaper article sales thread. If so did no one renew?

Also you say 10-15 sites and you want to keep it as white hat as possible, so does that mean no acai, or no porn and pills?
 
Yes, same site, different page. I gave a couple guys 2 months free this summer and that was it. Told them I'd let them know when I would start renting link spots.

As for the 10-15 sites...definitely no porn, porn pills, etc. If it's a clean looking health site, I'd consider it. This website has my name tide to it, so I would like to keep it pretty clean.
