To Mars

Pretty sure they're net15 which means they pay you on the 15th of january for your traffic from dec1-dec31, and any previous money that you had made that didn't meet your payment threshold or whatever. Also you may have not submitted your tax forms. Probably better to contact them directly via phone or aim (which they make available to everyone here: Millnic Media ) before posting this on a public forum. Otherwise you run the risk of making yourself look like an enormous douchebag.....or I should probably rephrase that.. You are an enormous douchebag.

Sincerely,

Nickycakes

I got weekly payment from them until last November when this problem occured. I have contacted many times to discuss this matter but still no reply.

I don't blame them on payment problem cause maybe those check lost in mail, or our third world country postman throw it into dust bin, who knows?

That's why I tried to contact them to stop those check, reissue new check or they can make payment using Paypal. But never got reply from them.

The reason that pissed me off, is their customer service sucks. Is like you ordering pizza, and they promised that your pizza will arrive within 30 minutes. After 1 hour, your pizza still not arrive, then you contact again to find out what happen to your pizza, but this time an answering machine answer your call " Thank you for calling Douchebag Pizza, the best pizza in town, press 1 to order or press 2 for customer service. Then you press 2, " Our customer service is very very busy right now, please hold" and the answering machine play some song until the line disconnect. You call again and again, same result.

Customer service is important. I don't care whether I got paid or not but at least they should inform me, what's the problem? If I break their TOS and my commission is forfeited, they should inform me as well, so I know, i'm doing something wrong.
