Stop being pussies. No one is suing you for just owning this domain... I mean seriously, I have owned domains far far far far worse than this one and I haven't been sued even once. There is a thing called UDRP, which is not a criminal or a civil case... just domain dispute arbitration.

Haha! Seriously Stop. I am not gonna get into a discussion as to how to manage trademark domains but I will only say that I have played with TMs of the biggest (and most evil) companies out there and I am still in the game. Your life will not end if you lose just one domain -- even better if you profit from it before you lose it. And I mean by blatantly profiting from the TMs.

Just remember that it is all about playing your cards well and knowing your enemy. Anyway I don't give a shit about this domain (not my niche) so I am not playing -- but if you end up buying it, don't lose your sleep - you are NOT getting sued or anything.
