Hey guys I have been reading alot of articles on keyword tracking but all of them talk about direct tracking from affiliate network link. I need to know how do you track links that have been cloaked. I mean as I don't have to add subid to all the links i m cloaking . Is there php way to do it (like using ($kw)) method ?

Just pass a subid in your cloaking that correlates to the row of the click data. I'm not sure how your system works or what you're using for tracking but you can always cloak and pass the same stuff you would without cloaking. Explain more about how you're doing tracking and I"m sure I or someone here will help you with making it work.
I use a similar script to tinyurl for cloaking which i run on my own server. It gives my link like www.mysite.com/?bigoffer
