basically users can submit a software download, I modified the script to require the submitter to give you a backlink for one of your sites ( any website ) to go ahead in the software submissions
there's no admin panel for this, you just add the domain from phpmyadmin and you're done
you get the domain ( which is going to expire in a month or so ), the site, the modification everything as it is
the site has no traffic ( 100 - 150 pageviews / month)

I think I submitted this domain to 4-5 directories and left it dormant till today
