What it does: It gathers the results from Google and MSN(as many pages deep as you want, for any keyword you want) and then finds pages that you can easily get a backlink from. It searches for Directories, forums, blogs, guestbooks, etc and puts them on top of the list. You can then load the pages into your default browser to fill in the post details and grab a free backlink that is relevant on a page that is indexed :D

You can also do link:www. MyCompetitor.com :)

Price: $50

Where can I get it: Link Scavenger - SEO Software

Main Website:
SEO Software

I've been beta testing this tool and have to say, RuDeDoGg did a great job. While it's not the perfect solution, it's very good.

Simply enter your term, pull a bunch of URL's and then it ranks them by the probability of getting a link from them. The higher the number the better chance.

What I like about it:
1. Desktop app
2. Simple to use
3. Very fast

So, can I recommend Link Scavenger...Yes. I don't think you'll be disappointed. This is perfect for white hatters looking for some automation, and n00bs learning SEO, but not knowing where to look for link partners.

I have to say I appreciate not only the innovative products, but that folks here test them and step up with comments/reviews. You have my business.

Thanks Jael, I look forward to it :)

Here's a comment on my DP thread:

Just got the program, works just as said, what I am using it for is finding blogs and posting comments in them. Works very well, thanks!

Until this thread dies off and goes to the depths of this forum :) Actually if there's a huge response I'll probably raise the price.

Me doing smart marketing would say: 5 minutes, act now

Haha, well If the offer is still up after I get paid (close around the end of the month) when I can actually afford to buy anything, count me in.

I'm interested in the software but what methods does it use to rank the urls? How accurate is it?

It scores them by giving points for certain keywords. Words like "PHP Free Link Directory" gives several points, "comment", "blog", "post", "reply", "new Topic", "post reply" give a point. It also gives several points for "wiki". I left some out but it's actually pretty damn accurate. I wasn't sure how well it would work before I made it, and planned on keeping it to myself. But it works much better than I anticipated. I'd guess like 80%+ of the sites with a score over 4 or 5 I can score a free backlink. I'm not fucking with you, it works really well.

This product has already proven itself to be quite convenient. The automated process allows you to save a lot of time to focus on more things at once.

Aside from the Link Scavenger itself, RudeDogg has shown me that he is a dedicated programmer, both to his creations and to his customers.

I've sent copies to the people who ordered. Sorry about how long it took, you guys caught me while I was asleep ;)

eBiz yes it is still $20 :)

I've replied to all PM's also, thanks guys.

Just to be clear, it doesn't automate the ACTUAL posting, right? If not, that's the logical next step, but for now - fuckin' awesome. :D If you don't give Eli vault rights to it, I will definitely be buying it soon.

Yeah I thought about that too. CAPTCHAS are a bitch and would require a complex OCR, but I've heard of some opensource ones and I have code to one I could maybe implement...

And no, it doesn't currently do the posting part for you. If I do add that process I'll sell it to people who have already purchased the current version for just the price difference.
