Link to my Sitemap from Social Bookmarking or High PR Blog for indexing - Work?

I dugg my new site but after 5 days all the pages (37) have not been indexed yet. If I BM to my sitemap is that a big no no or a yes yes? Or should I try bookmarking to other high PR bookmarking sites.
