Since nobody there will answer me... figured I'd ask here:

Is it possible to manually input SubID's into your URLS to track different sites/pages or do you have to go through their dumb system of adding different SubIDs?

You have to sign up for their signature program. To sign up you have to fill out a form and e-mail it to them. Here's the form:

Site Name:
Site URL:
Brief Site Description and Your Purpose For Using Signature:
Current Login User Name (case sensitive):
Contact Name:
Contact Phone:
Contact Address:
email Address:
Today’s Date:

E-mail it to signature@linkshare.com, takes 1-3 days to get approved.

Just one more reason why Linkshare is a pain in the ass.
