We actualy do send out notice to all of our networks hopefully weeks in advance, and then usualy the day of, but it is up to them to pass the message on. Sucks that people loose money over it though.... Even in the middle of the night.

assuming the above is true it's probably more cost effecient for networks to absorb the hit versus having pubs switch offers out only to find out XYZ is working better for their traffic- forget to switch back for 24 hours, etc.

just saying before everyone jumps on the networks. were I running things that's probably what I'd do.
