Live Chat Support Plugin for Wordpress

I've got a project that needs a decent live support chat plugin, but the kicker is that it the chat needs to be accessible from the site owners cell phone. He's hoping that he can respond via text message or facebook messenging etc., so he doesn't have to be in front of a chat console all day long. Any experience with a plugin that does this? It doesn't have to be anything fancy aside from that. Just a way for people to get an instant quote on his site, even when he's on the road.

I think Olark should do what you want, not sure on the mobile, but I'm like 90% sure that it does have mobile support.

I have checked out the same wp org site. The screenshot shows with paid plans, is it free or only paid service. I was search for a free one with decent features.
