Local Business with additional keywords domains

hey guys,
need some expert advice:
My client currently has a web presence for his products, for branding purposes only.
Recently, he wish to add delivery service to his products.
2 main keywords domains are purchased. Keyword01.com and Keyword02.com .
Please help to advise which strategy below works better for search engine ranking, or any other better strategy to advise?

Don't go with neither option.

Use this

Don't create a company name.com. Just put it as another page where it says "about". That's for me..

I guess having a keyword domain is more important then.
Will seriously consider about it.
