Holy cow. So do I have this correct, if Kern, Filsaime, Bacak, Brunson, et al. are found to be a true syndicate, then each person of that syndicate can be charged with racketeering? Yikes! “Under RICO, a person who is a member of an enterprise that has committed any two of 35 crimes—27 federal crimes and 8 state crimes—within a 10-year period can be charged with racketeering. Those found guilty of racketeering can be fined up to $25,000 and sentenced to 20 years in prison per racketeering count. Want to know who this Salty Droid really is?

A washed up Lawyer from Boston who has probably bought some "guru" courses in the past and never made money online (like 99% of people) and decided to create a blog about it.

I'm all for laughing at gurus... I do it all the time...

But his claims are complete bullshit. There's a group of five guys "at the top". They promote each others things in an effort to make the most money.

The second biggest spike on his little chart is for Ryan Deiss... who's not a part of that top five. Hell two of those other big spikes didn't even promote his product.

There's no squeezing out of the little guys. Look at Clickbank on any given day and there's always a new name.

We, simply by nature, always have groups of friends that we'll help. But to say that they're all connected is as ridiculous as Moe trying to take down Jon and Ryan.

He's built quite the cult following on that blog... trouble is there all losers (he being the biggest) and there's no way to monetize.
