Looking for someone (or a team of people, whatever works best) who is a proficient web developer and can design as well -- though if you're just a great web developer that's fine as well.
We're looking to create a social networking-ish site, where users can create accounts and generate their own content to share with other users. I will obviously have a much more detailed brief for the person we hire -- I just wanted to give you guys the gist of what we're looking for.
We were assuming that this would be something done with PHP -- though I know next to nothing about programming so I'm open to suggestions.
