I guess I might as well explain what I want here.

I would like it similar to these websites:

Basically, I put up a list of CPA offers. Each user than receives a credit when they complete an offer, and can exchange that credit for a product I will be offering. I will be putting my own tweak on it, but the basic design should be nearly the same as the examples.

I can also do basic web design myself, I just do not have much programming experience.
