Looking for a loan program

Does anyone know of any offers to submit loan applications for a new roof or remodeling. I'm generating leads for a contractor and it would help to be able to include a financing option to the home owner.

What state are these in?

If you can get an approximation on the property value, then divide the loan amount by that number - if that ratio is less than 70%, you could do well selling those to mortgage companies.

Any higher, for a cash-out refinance it'll be useless.
