Hello WF Members,
I am looking for an honest and trustworthy partner in the US/UK for export of diamonds and jewellery. The products are in India, and don't worry, there won't be any scope for a scam.
Your part of the deal as a partner would be SALES and MARKETING. I have a lot of stock for sale to clients all over the world. I just need someone who understands the markets. You don't need much knowledge about diamonds, just enough of knowledge about how to market them. We can discuss the deal in detail. Just PM me with your email ID.
Also, I'm looking for someone who already makes a lot of money and has a good reputation on this board (or any other popular web master forum). I am extremely serious about this deal and would really appreciate some people seriously interested in this.

I'm mainly looking at volume sales to jewellers looking for loose diamonds for their jewellery. Even engagement rings, necklaces, bracelets etc. can be supplied.

The obvious problem with threads like this is credibility. If you're serious about finding a business partner, you'll need to build your own reputation before you find anyone willing to work with you.
 
Ya he needs a Westerner to put his reputation and legal status on the line as no one will trust him. I dont see how you could convince someone to do this.

At least his screenname is right.
 
Bidz is a great place to pick up finished jewelry at shit cheap prices, but their stones are generally awful. When I was heavily into the jewelry niche I started doing auctions off of stuff picked up on Bidz -- if you're patient and know how to properly value a piece you can get some incredible bargains. It was not unheard of for me to pick up gold rings and pendants for barely the price of the metal, even accounting for purity (as in gramsXspotXpurity) which is crazy cheap.

As far as quality stones from India go, I would be happy to hook anyone seriously interested in that market up with the guy who was my supplier. He has extremely good prices and very good selection, especially on semi-precious stuff (I never dealt with his diamonds, although he does have them.) There isn't really much I can do about being from the west. However, if you're interested, don't worry about being scammed, I'll give you enough proof of me being a genuine dealer and the products being 100% authentic.
 
How about setting up a market in India? I'd be glad if we could work it out...
