I'm looking for a wordpress plugin that would allow users to post to the site using a predefined set of form fields. I don't want them to post through the standard wordpress WYSIWYG editor. I want to basically standardize the posts. Has anyone seen any plugins like this?

I actually thought about trying that myself, using an input form and passing the variables through the post through email feature and call the same code wp uses to create your first post and about sample pages. Haven't tried it yet though, sorry. How complicated is your form going to be?

ArtDeco- Basically I want to create a form with about 10 fields, nothing too complicated, just general information. The goal is to take away the freedom of the WYSIWYG editor to the user so that they're forced to fill out the fields. Where it gets tricky, is I'd like to allow them to upload images by giving them the classic Browse field where they can insert an image (although I don't know how possible this is).

I found a couple of plugins that kind of do what I want to do, but I'm running into other issues, like user permissions, etc.

Trigatch- Thanks for the link. I'll download this plugin and play around with it to see if I can get it to do what I'm looking for.
