Looking for Ad Networks for semi-mature content sites

I am looking for some suggestions on ad-networks that I can run on sites that are risky enough to get turned down by vanilla ad networks. I am not looking for porn level, but not a happy sunshine kids blog either.

Adwords: = out. Banned for 'lack of new content'.

Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you. Here is some safe for work booty as a humble offering.

Now as for ones with 'risque' ads, I've seen them all over adbrite, but I've heard horror stories about adbrite traffic.
