I am looking for a coder who can design both a content gateway and also handle the postbackURL aspect of things. The user should only be able to see the content if a lead is converted / generated. I am also looking for some consultation time so that I can be informed on how things work. I don't have a large budget so make the price reasonable please. Additionally the gateway must work with different mediums such as wordpress and standard web pages. The postbackURL should be able to handle most networks.
