is it suppose to be the other way around? You should give the guarantees to the seller and not the seller guarantee you something. How much are you willing to pay for it?

First and foremost the $250 spending limit is hard to achieve on facebook, only if a person is spending daily. And If a person is spending daily then they have invested a lot on the account. Why would they sell it?

Look for a $100 spending limit and you might find one. For a $250 limit you will not find anyone selling that you can afford cause they have invested so much getting those limits up that notch.

Also your post count is in doubt so its you who should give a guarantee not the seller giving you the guarantee

I see threads like this every day on every forum...

is facebook literally banning every affiliate marketer or something? there's a whole secondary market for facebook ad accounts. worse than adsense lol
