We're looking to test a few offers on a forum that we operate with about 1.5 million visits per month - 100% pure hispanic audience. We're looking for some insight into the best way to integrate offers with the forum. Please PM.

What are you looking for then ? Join South America CPA networks, I listed them in other thread. You have been here for 4 years, should know that already.
 
That comment wasn't a shot of you. I'm not sure what thread you are even referring to, I'm scouring anything that references hispanic offers.
