I need a good solid LP designer, I have tons of design work going on and need someone else to take on a bit of the work load.

We pay very Paypal, and pay quickly.

I like someone who has a good eye for detail, has good ideas, and aims to make pages that convert.

Quick turn around is required, and also you must be easy to get in touch with.
