Looking for professional website layout (.psd) designer...

I need a professional layout design for a local company website. The design needs to be in .PSD Format. I can design my own layouts, but I need someone who is very experienced in design, and can get this done rather quickly. This will later be sliced up into wordpress, so I would need at least 1 sidebar. Please PM me with rates, and examples of your work. A portfolio is a must.

I need to make my decision very soon on a designer.

I can't do an overall offer so maybe you can say something more about the job? What needs to be done exactly? Is a CI and logo already available? Which is the prefered resolution? Any colorsheme? How many subpages have to be design, etc. etc.

I recommend you take a look at MonsterLP, their primary focus is on landing pages, but I know they can do site layouts as well.
