Another semester of College is coming up in a week and I won't have time for all but a few of the sites I work on
Here is a quick glimpse at the sites traffic from search engines so far in August:
I bought the site off Flippa around a month ago, it is an EMD that was ranking 2nd for its term, now its up to 1st after very minor link building. About 55% of the sites traffic comes from the #1 term but the rest of the traffic does come from other long-tail searches. The site appears to be entrenched in the #1 position and as the site ages it will be easier and easier to rank well for other terms.

I've had no time to work on it, it is unmonetized at the moment
Looking to sell, I bought it for a little less than $1k when the site got half the traffic its getting now. I'm looking for offers $2,500+.
If I don't get reasonable offers here I've got no problem listing it on Flippa, I just don't want to deal with the idiots there if I don't have to
The site is 6 months old, has an alexa ranking of 1.5 mil and PR of 2
*** I'd also like to state the site has 40 pages of completely unique topic, this isn't a BS MFA site by any means
