yeah except I do know what the fuck I'm talking about, and if he's trying to move money around now, it's a bit late. you don't think the FTC knows if someone is a risk of moving assets real fast? here's a hint, they've been working on this case for years. just like the others.

what's he gonna do, just suddenly move it offshore right now and expect everything to be OK? that's now how offshoring works. if his money was domestic at the time of seizures, subpoenas, or asset freezings, then it's not easy.

There is no fucking way that he hasn't been preparing for this day for a long time now.. if the majority of his money is still domestic then he deserves to lose it for being a dumbass.

Why the fuck would he be doing it just now? I never said ZOMG HE CAN MOVE MONIES NOW AND BE OKAY. He had to have known this was going to happen and planned accordingly. If not he's a complete retard that deserves to be butt fucked by the ftc.

Worst thing that happens is he goes to jail for a while and collects his money when he gets out.

Well, no criminal charges have been filed yet, so not sure if that will happen even. Yeah I was just getting the impression you were like "oh bro he can just move it now he'll be ok", which is the mentality of some people here.
