Low impressions on Adwords

I'm using search with high bids and 7/10 QS for all keywords but I'm only getting a few hundred impressions a day.

My budget is $30 a day, CTR is around 1.2%, 5 mid-high volume subject focused keywords like "how to...".

I've searched problem but I can't find an answer. Also woke up at 5 in the morning only to find out phone support isn't available for my country...

This is only my first campaign so can you guys help me out?

Work on your LP a bit but raise your bids slightly, I know you say it's high bids already but it can make a difference
 
You could try changing your delivery settings from the default "Standard: Display ads evenly over time" to "Accelerated: Show ads as quickly as possible".

If you're not hitting your budget, accelerated delivery can help boost your impressions as Google will show your ad all the time until the budget is hit, unilke standard delivery which spreads your coverage out over the course of the day.
