Uh. That would be what's known as targeted marketing. As for craigslist/forums specifically, it really comes down to the advertisers terms. Your post also reeks of potential noob fraud. Don't do anything stupid.

exactly.. thats why im just trying to make sure.. I mean its not a guideline listed somewhere is it?

*SETS MYSELF UP FOR ALL THE USELESS EBOOK DROPS* lol

im saying though.. is that shit legit or not its always some run around shit on here for real i dont see what the purpose is if the forum isnt trying to help eachother and learn / help everyone

Fuck man, think about it like this.

If you were an advertiser, selling auto insurance, would you want your affiliates putting ads up on some craiglist/gumtree site, and tricking the user into filling out the form?

How do you think that's going to convert on the backend?

You might make cash for a week. Then you'll be banned.

The forum is what you make of it. Nobody here is under any obligation to give you information and people here in general tend to know their shit or are at least bright enough to know how to conduct some very basic research on there own so as to avoid looking like a clueless tourist from warriorforum.

im not necessarily saying luring them.. but say it was someone trying to sell a car and i do a cpa lead telling them to check it out on here and get the lead

I Feel You...

Boring .... the one mentioned below is more targeted :)

I prefer to dangle my dick in front of them and lure them in that way. Hope that helps!

Rofl the purpose of this forum is 90% to fuck with newbies. And today you are our newbie to fuck with.

I will try and give you a real answer b/c for some reason I feel like it today. Anyways, CL traffic is notorious for fraud, so stay away from that. Also, when you mean lure, do you mean trick people into completing offers or provide real advice and then tell them to check this out blah blah blah. The first way will get you banned from all networks. The second one might be alright, as the quality of the traffic may back out, but it is still touching.

In the end, do it the right way. Instead of spamming up those forums, advertise in a legit way to a targeted group of people. But that would just be too easy, right?
