I made a milquetoast bet on the laker's taking the series. It looks like the Celtics could get lucky, so Im looking to change the stakes with a more specific wager. Double or nothing; whats the bet to make?

Haha, that's rough. I was in Vegas during the Lakers/Spurs series and was lucky enough to bet on the Lakers for two of the games that they won. Good thing I got out of Vegas in time.
