Magento Help Needed

I'm working on a Magento site and was wondering if it's possible to have custom menu names for a product category?

For example, I would wan the menu item to say "Widgets" but the actual category name is "Super Fantastic Widgets".

That way, I get the shortened menu name, but the category page displays the targeted category keyword in the <h1> tags.

Any ideas?

I was hired for a 8 month long magento project about 2 years ago. If I remembered correctly, the answer is yes. I just don't know specifically besides "its somewhere in the code"
