Anyone else seeing domains pop up?

Had 3 of my best sites that went down during Panda in April all come back today.

Had another EDM which had been penalized but came back to page 2 now come back to #5 where it used to be.

Had a recent domain killed on the 6/7 update also come back for all its terms.

Another one that got penalized 2 months or so is back to #2 for it's EDM term (was 5-6 before).

2-3 months of fucked rankings reversed in one day.

I have seen a day like this you are describing, but 2 days later my rankings where slapped back to postiion 200+

How long ago did they go back to 200?

Just found it strange that sites penalized from different times all came back at once. I would have expected them to come in at different times if it was just penalties expiring.

This is not the right section for this post.

As far as panda hit.Two days before new update hit many sites.But one of my site got improvement and get higher position than before.

Shit you're right it's early not enough coffee, didn't see it was in the BST section.

Mods can just delete/move if they want.

On a side note though I installed super cache on most of my sites on this server. Some of the recovered ones have it on but some don't. But I'm wondering if the overall lower load on the server might have helped page speed enough to cause this.

Well should give it a few days before I can call it an actual recovery.

Most of them I just let sit. I found even more got recovered today as well and on different servers. So not sure if the super cache helped.

Some of them I drip fed some non optimized anchors to.

But my theory of just letting sites come back on their own seems to be right as the ones I did nothing to came back just as well as the ones I made changes to.

I have site that have totally disappeared from google.. I guess its banned. Is there any chance it will get back? at the moment when writing: site: domain.com it gives me zero results..

Was you site all gone or just bumped down?

When my sites come back I don't celebrate. I wait 2 weeks and then congratulate. This coming from experience.

I've seen it over 10 sites at this point.

But yes none of these were banned as in not showing up for site:domain.com, that would be a different story.

But according to Cutts even those ones should expire and come back eventually.
