Hey everyone,
I'm looking to build up quick capital for some search engine marketing testing. Here is a list of my sites. I'll post pageviews/uniques for last month for each site and if you want more detailed stats feel free to ask. All of these sites are available for sale.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
AIM Checker
A lot of you know what this site does and have visited it before because of the WickedFire Signature Bar I made. The signature bars have received over 200,000 views (most from WF and MySpace) since I created it last month.
The site features an AJAX powered "AIM Checker" that will find if any screenname is online. It searches as you type. If the user is found online it adds the screenname to a database which you can use later to add "related screenname results" and other cool features.

PR Updates (PageRank Updates)
PR Updates was also created last month. It features a totally unique PR subscription service were webmasters can subscribe to PR updates to their sites. The system checks daily for PageRank updates and if it finds a site's PageRank has changed, it e-mails the webmaster(s) subscribed to the site telling them there has a been pagerank update, includes the old PR and the new PR, as well as a link to re-activate the subscription.
Complimenting this subscription feature is an AJAX powered search much like the one for AIM Checker that searches for a site's pagerank as you type. You can test out this feature here.
The site has a nice simple design that is easy to use and gets the point across quick

w57.net
w57.net is a subdomain url redirection service. It currently features 251 subdomains created with 143,073 views. The custom design makes usability very easy. Revenue can be generated by the ads placed on the site as well as at the landing pages for the subdomains. Currently the system is setup to show an ad in the top frame of the redirection if the subdomain has had less than 50 views.
You can view an example at:
http://wf.w57.net
The system also allows for subdirectory redirects as well if the user would perfer those. So, you could also go to:
http://w57.net/wf
and it would take you to the same page. As an extra feature we also have a "quick shortener" button you can place in your firefox or IE browser that will automatically create a subdomain redirect with the push of a button. You can test it out at the link at the bottom of the w57 homepage.

MLB News Blog
MLB News Blog is my latest project (I think). I am creating "news blogs" for all 30 MLB (Major League Baseball) baseball teams. I do not currently have all 30 done, but it doesn't require that much time to build each blog and set everything up and if the site is purchased I will finish setting up the blogs within a day or purchase.
I have a ton of Clicksor ads on each blog (the ads can be edited from one page and changed easily on all the blogs in like 30 seconds). With changes to that one page (like if you wanted to put your AdSense up instead) it would change the code on all of the pages. The idea is to get all of the pages indexed by Google and other search engines and hope that with all that content you can generates some pageviews/clicks each day. So far it is working out pretty well. Google has about 100 of the pages indexed and it should continue to grow.
I have not really promoted this site on MLB forums or anything yet. I've done a little promotion on MySpace.
All content is automatically generated from different feeds. There are tons of new articles added to each blog on a daily basis.
As a side project I am working on adding a search to the site that will index the blog pages daily and make them searchable with ease. I had some testing issues last month and generated over 1,000,000 pageviews and a ton of bandwidth
This has been fixed, however the search is not complete. I will finish it with purchase if the buyer would like.

This is NOT an auction. Feel free to post or PM me with your price and I will either tell you no or yes. I am not sure what I am looking for on ANY of these sites yet, but once I start to see some interest I'll take some numbers into consideration. I know this is an odd way of doing things, but I am not willing to set a minimum or maximum, so I'll just want to see what you think.
Payment via PayPal will be the only option considered.
