Making money off foreclosures

Is anyone making money off the coming foreclosure "boom"? someone had posted a plugin here that you could place on a wordpress blog that was created by the site: foreclosure.com, but I'm not sure if these guys will actually pay out.

Has anyone used this plugin and have they gotten paid?
 


The funny thing about a bad economy is when houses are being foreclosed on by banks, nobody has the money for the abundance of good real estate deals out there ...... hence, the 'bad economy'.

Haven't used them as I do not run any foreclosure related sites.
