I received 20 High PR Web 2.0. I checked with copyscape and all 25 articles are 100% unique. Also all this web 2.0 properties includes pics and videos. The report included the login details for web 2.0. That's a good thing because and I will probably continue to post unique content on those and convert them in mini sites.
For second tier OP used over 4300 wiki articles using a lot of generic keywords. A report with the wiki links was also attached to the main report.
My main keyword jumped to the first page just after few days. Before to receive the review copy that keyword was on page 6.
Overall: After penguin update unique content is very important not only for the main site but also for tiers.
So the web 2.0 articles are spun then? You wrote that they are 100% hand written and hand spun. Does that mean you use 1 hand written article and spin it?
This is not directed fully at you but I'm getting tired of service providers trying to make people believe that they use unique articles when what they are doing is just spinning them enough to pass copyscape. It's not clear in your post what you consider unique and what gets posted.

- With WEB2.0's I refer to free blogs (like: blogger, weebly, yola, wordpress, tumblr).
- Also this service offers social signals through Twitter ReTweets.
