"Mass" affiliate link cloaking Wordpress plugin?

I was wondering if a Wordpress plugin exists that can take *all* links on a blog that point to external sites and cloak them automatically.

I'm *not* talking about plugins that allow me to do this manually one link at a time.

For example, if the link is:

some-affiliate-network.com/tracking/jhsgfd67sd6g8923

... it becomes:
my-blog.com/go/29
