From the local news here it doesn't look good. Local two story retirement home got flattened. They are setting up a triage unit at a local football field.

Everyone within a one mile radius of the plant is suppose to leave the area NOW!

Sounds like there's a Fire component prob. Probably secondary to explosion.

It started out as a fire; the explosion may have been caused by someone putting water on it.

There's a railcar full of the stuff near the fire. They are contacting UP to come and move it.
