I'm getting ready to start my first PPC campaign and had some quick questions about max bids. I started running some of my keywords through the Google Keywords Metrics Tool The New Google Keyword Metrics Tool
The max bids on some of my keywords are crazy high compared to what I was expecting. So my questions are:
How big of a difference between the Metrics max bid and your actual max bid do you have for some of your more successful keywords?
As my first campaign should I drop out the keywords that are way out of my budget for now and try and really focus on narrowing down converting long tails?
Or is the Metrics Tool not that accurate and I shouldn't really worry?
