Got a goal oriented motivational blog that I'd like to get some more 125x125 banners on. Those seem hard to find. Any recommendations? Got Hostgator and I just asked the Goodsync guys for a 125x125.
Maybe you could look on other people's blogs for 125X125 banners for offers that you would want to promote and just save the image from their blog to use on your own.
You do know that most of those are sponsor banners though? They actually make those custom for those blogs, and pay for the spot.
Honestly, lately I believe it's become a trend, and a new "hip theme" to have advertisements all over your site. It's a bad idea if you ask me, the object is to only have thoe up there if your getting payed for it.
Definitely yes. Otherwise there is no point! My real estate is not free. My uniques are going up every month. I am slowly turning my real estate in something that is worth having.
Sweet good deal man! Another suggestion is putting a network 125x125 banner on your site. You may not make a flat rate, but if any strong affiliates sign up through your link, you can make much more. You can absolutely crush it. I know for one XY7 has an awesome affiliate program, and you can make 5% commissions on all of your referrals. There are some affiliates who make there living of this type of affiliate marketing.
I've found pretty inexpensive work done on GetAFreelancer or RentACoder. Generally, I've had more success with the former. You get bids quick, and the work has usually been good. Have to say I've never had graphics work done- but there is plenty of that on the site.

Upload your image and select resize pic. you can enter a custom height and width so in your case 125 and 125 and ther you go. Just save the new image to your computer upload to your blog or whatever and make it an active link.
The only catch is you have to start with an image that is bigger than what you are looking for. it will make images smaller but not bigger.
