Media Buying - Paying

Great forum guys, lots of balling info. Have not really posted much as I am too busy trying to make more money. A quick simple question though guys, any help would be much appreciated it.

Getting into media buying and have received several IO's from webmasters I contacted directly. After receiving the IO, how does the process work. Am I simply sending the money to accounts specified and they run the impressions indicated in the IO?

What sort of payments would you recommend. I am currently being offered by direct webmasters paypal and wire. Bigger agencies, ie AOL, offering cc.

Go with credit card payment if possible, use a Plum card or some sort of other cash back card for a bit of a discount.

It is not a one stop shop, there are many ways to do mediabuys, but if you are looking for free information that may be your best option. once you receive the IO, it's pretty straight forward after that - they will provide you with a login to their ad server (if you don't use an ad server) where you can pull reports real-time. It's nothing fancy, just a contract that shows exactly what you are paying for.

much appreciated guys and thanks for all the feedback guys. Webmaster is basing stats of openx. I contacted a bunch of adservers and it seems ZEDO is the best for affiliate start ups in media buying. Would you guys recommend trying to negotiate basing my numbers of zedo or use his login and base of openx?
