I saw this at How to Use Social Technology in Pharma Marketing - Advertising Age - DigitalNext and thought that some of you who promote various health products would find it interesting.

I figure that people with the conditions on the upper right are more-easily reachable online through their community sites. I wonder if there are aff. products for incontinence, it seems similar to skin conditions - where a person is ashamed to discuss it in public, but would respond to a direct offer.
 


I can see how the above would be useful for copy by using such words as "all of us" or "we" in the misery section and "you're not alone" in the fellow sufferers.
