lol that's in Santa Teresa. I was just there last weekend.

The guy is known to be a prick. A buddy of mine got a ride from him once. (everyone hitch hikes on the beach). Gibson asks where are you going. My buddy says. About a km and a half down the road. So they drive and at exactly 1 1/2 km he stops. He said there is your 1 1/2 km ride. My buddy is like well its a little further. Gibson starts to get all sketchy and rather insulting.

What a dick. Lots of movie stars are complete nuts though.

Never even thought of that angle. How true. Not that poster's buddy would have done that but plenty would. A quick text on a cell phone and Mel's got himself into a partay.

I agree he didn't have to stop. Nice of him to do so.

But to drive EXACTLY 1.5 km and stop seems kinda lame don't you think? Wouldn't have taken much to ask is this where or how much further. We're talking on a beach that is full of surfers and stoners. Hitchhiking is normal man.

You would have to live there to understand.
