Menu behind the ad

When I click on Search or Quick Links (which have dropdown menus) both are shown behind the ad. This happens only when the flash ad is active. Otherwise it works fine.

Edit: Someone beat me to posting this issue already. But nevermind that. This should be fixed anyway.
