I need to get some cash for a new project. I'm willing to give up one of my SEO sites for it.

The site is mesotheliomalawyeropinions.com

It ranks top 10 for mesothelioma lawyer rating and other keywords. No real traffic, but a great addition for link building to any site network.

The site gets permanent hosting on the place it is at now, so that can be a big plus. Make me an offer. :2drinkspit:

If a site ranks for xyz, links from it can help a money site rank for xy. If it didn't rank for anything, and had zero importance to google, links from the site would be worth less. Get it?

I'm sure someone here is banking on Mesothelioma and could use a link boosting site. I'm not asking for much... heck, I'm not even asking for a price, just make an offer.

Yet if you remove "rating" which isn't a term I see most people using right off the bat, it doesn't even show up on the first page of google (or the second, or the third, or the fourth, or the fifth ,or the sixth... well you get the idea. ).

And if the site did rank for 'mesothelioma lawyer' I wouldn't be selling it for <$100

As the original post stated, I'm not trying to trick you into thinking this has traffic, or makes money. It is simply a link building site.

And yes, I'd rather have a link to my money site from a page that ranks for mesothelioma lawyer related keywords (mesothelioma layer review, etc), then from a site that doesn't rank for anything.

Actually, I think it's better if a site that doesn't rank for anything links. If you've got strong ranking for one niche and it's linked to an unrelated one, I feel like it wouldn't be the best.
