difficult times indeed. You don't know who to trust... my neighbor fled Mexico due to a similar incident while he was driving. A car sped up to his and a guy presented a fake police badge ordering him to stop. My neighbor recognized the guy's face (not a police officer) and sped away. 3 bullets nearly missed his head.
