There are tons of services on WickedFire and other forums where people offer packages of 1,3,5,10,25,50 completed micro niche sites. I've been thinking about using them for a while now but in the threads people rarely come back and report how their earnings from the sites were because it takes a while to get them ranking and earing so people don't bother coming back to the thread.

Just wondering if you guys have used any of these and have had success with it. I basically just want to get sites earning and flip them.
 


Imo it's better to find your own niches / domains and then find people to build those out for you. If you know what you're doing you'll be better off than having someone pull you a half assed domain / keywords.

I did this recently with about 100 sites and have consistently been flipping each one as they rank for 8-16x monthly rev (depending on quality/niche/history/rev/growth potential).

My earnings are typically anywhere from $1-$20 / day/site. Varies wildly. Most are fairly easy to rank for under $100 and some of the tougher ones I'd say for under $300.

If it seems low consider that a $1/day site is worth about $300-$500 and a $20/day site is worth about $6k-$10k...soo it can add up really quickly if you build and rank them in bunches.

Tip: sell a few sites on Flippa and find a buyer/buyers you can sell privately to on a consistent basis so you don't have to waste time with auctions and all the idiots and fees that they bring. Keep giving them good sites with stable rankings and they'll keep buying. Don't give them trash.

Rule #1: You get what you pay for (or less) when buying Niche sites from other people... If you were making batches to sell, wouldn't you want to hold on to the best-earning ones as long as possible and sell off the non-earners first?

Rule #2: If you learn to automate site making (such as by learning uBot) then you'll start to think of buying a site as the SLOW way to acquire one.
 
yea I wouldn't go as far as buying the whole niche site. It's pretty easy to build one. If you r bad at keywords, hit secretagent up. If you rank it right, u get back your $ in like 1-3 months. His price is high, but his keywords are legit. But I wouldn't buy his keywords until you know what you are doing link building wise. It sux to fuck up a good keyword.
 
I agree with mortal. I haven't had much luck with buying micro niche site services. I'd definitely recommend creating your own. The problem with the services is that they usually put little to no effort into keyword research, meaning you usually get a crappy, low advertiser comp keyword (hard to monetize).
 
i have a few micro niche sites, as people here are saying they all bring in 1-20~ a day. depends. (i have 3, only two are making that much right now), of course if your goal is to sell, then m0rtal has the best plan. honestly i'd say hold onto them for awhile until flipping, to see where the site goes.

well looks like you have been settled there,
how could you avoid scammer who ask for refund when you start this business?
 
I spent like almost $300 on those services. Obviously there aren't banking yet, so I can't tell you much. The niches I received wasn't competitive and only .net were open.

Personally I didn't really buy them to make money. I just wanted a few sites laying around for future plans.
 
Just gonna bump this for more feedback. m0rtals plan is actually what I have been doing even before making this thread. Unfortunately I ran out of cash for a bit and couldn't build the links to my site. I got some cash and started building links to each one a while back and they should be ranking soon. Hopefully they do well so I can sell to fund another even better batch of sites.

If people were building good niche sites in such a fashion, why would they flip them off pre-rev rather than just waiting a little while for them to rank?

Logically it's easy to deduce that these "complete micro niche sites" pre-ranking, are therefore shit.
